How to run an RGD workshop

RGD workshops are ideal for diverse groups of 15-50 participants. They can be invaluable for scenario planning, collaboration building, whole-systems thinking and visioning, amongst other uses.

The full workshop takes around 6 hours, including introductions, coaching, game design in groups and debriefing and discussion.
